How do we measure these numbers?

Data comes from real audits: we cross the CDRs (call detail records) exported by the customer's carrier with their CRM/calendar and subtract calls flagged as "attended" that have no business outcome in the next 24h. Those are real lost calls. The * marks integrations prioritised by demand — if they're in your stack, we move them to the front of your onboarding.
