Our mission

Who we are

A team with prior experience in enterprise telephony, voice infrastructure, SaaS product engineering and conversational AI. We've worked on platforms moving millions of calls a month for large companies — and we started building Rinqa when we saw that level of service never reached the local SMB. The same profiles who design call centers for multinationals, now focused on the workshop, the clinic and the restaurant down the street.
